- High-tensile alloy or 17-4 PH stainless steel hardened to eliminate zero shift under repetitive 45-ton tandem truck axle impacts.
- Rated for capacity of 25 Ton (25,000 kg) with safe overload margin of 150% FS and ultimate breakload of 350% FS.
- High elastic recovery prevents zero balance shift under dynamic braking and acceleration forces.
Full true hermetic enclosure with laser-welded stainless steel bellows or diaphragms (IP68 / IP69K Hermetic Protection).
- Tested for continuous submersion at 1.5m water depth for 100+ hours without moisture ingress.
- Compensated temperature range (-40°C to +80°C) prevents thermal span drift in Iraqi desert climates.
